Is Starbucks’ Racial Bias Training Enough?

Making global headlines, the Starbucks Corporation hit rock bottom fairly quickly. The disgraceful actions taken by a Philadelphia storefront not only created a PR disaster, but also shed light on a topic that needs to be front and center: racial profiling. It’s real and it happens on a daily basis. Is Starbucks doing enough to fix it? Can it be fixed?
